New Rivers Press, a 45-year-old, not-for-profit literary press located at Minnesota State University Moorhead, is pleased to announce that it is seeking manuscripts from new and emerging authors in the genres of Fantasy, Horror, Mystery, Romance, Science Fiction, Thriller/Suspense, Westerns, Young Adult, Inspirational and all sub-genres within and across those categories, for The New Rivers Press Electronic Book Series, an eBook-only series that publishes popular fiction titles with literary value. Manuscripts will be accepted electronically through Submittable until Sept. 1.

There is a $20 reading fee. Each author selected for publication will receive a $250 honorarium and a standard electronic book contract. All books will be distributed internationally in eBook formats.

Principles of Navigation by Peter W. Fong, the first book in The New Rivers Press Electronic Book Series, was published June 1 and is available in the Kindle eBook format. Set in Florida and in Europe—among the sport fishing, horse racing, and professional football industries—Principles of Navigation is a literary romance that delivers a glamorous and salty love story. You can read more about the book on the New Rivers Press web site at the following link.
