Barely South Review, the online literary journal of Old Dominion University's MFA program, is open for submissions for the 2016 Norton Girault Prize in Fiction judged by our very own John McManus.
The entry fee is $10. The winner receives $500 and publication in our Fall 2016 Issue. One runner up will receive publication. The deadline for submissions is April 15, 2016.
