Call for submissions: Spring 2023 (5.1) (online issue)
Submission window: Opens March 10, closing May 10, or until filled.
Editors of Speckled Trout Review welcome submissions of unpublished poetry (nothing previously published in an electronic publication of any kind or in print) for its Spring 2023 (5.1) online issue. Poets can paste 2 to 4 poems, followed by a 50-word writer’s biography and mailing address, in the body of an e-mail to:
speckledtroutreview@hotmail.com
Please note: attachments will go unread. Poems with overt political messages are not for Speckled Trout Review. Simultaneous submissions are fine, but please share the good news when a poem finds a home elsewhere. For any questions about submissions or Speckled Trout Review, reach out to us at the above e-mail address.
For contributors whose work appears in either a fall or spring issue, we ask poets to acknowledge Speckled Trout Review as the original publisher of the poem(s) in any subsequent publication thereafter. We reserve the right to archive accepted poems on the Speckled Trout Review website indefinitely and to publish work in a future anthology.
