Submissions Window for StepAway Magazine’s ‘Flâneuse’ Issue is Now Open

We are eager to receive poetry and prose that evokes the sensory experience of the female walker within a city. This issue will celebrate how the flâneuse conceives urban space. We welcome literature inspired by the female gaze, celebrating the freedom felt, or not as the case may be, by women in an urban environment. We also welcome literature that offers a female perspective on architectural design and urban planning, or that explores the theories of women artists and writers with an urban focus.
